Having built and developed major hospitals, lavish resorts, and expansive shopping centers, we have learned personal and professional skills that ensure any project we work on will be well managed, from conception to completion. We understand the numerous interwoven entities involved, and have extensive experience negotiating and communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, and designers. We understand the various costs involved with every step of the project, and can expertly estimate time and cost projections. Equally important, Wecreate a team oriented atmosphere in which all employees feel respected and understand their responsibilities.
In addition to my work managing construction
Wehave spent many years working in the field of Solar Energy. My responsibilities have included overseeing installation, establishing best practices and standards, ensuring installation capacity meets customer demand, and creating ways to minimize installation expenses without sacrificing quality and safety. We have managed large teams with upwards of 25 members to make sure my companies maintain a high standard of quality with a professional appearance.
In a career that has spanned over twenty years, We have come to understand the things that separate a successful project from a failure: attention to detail, respect for your coworkers, seeing the big picture.
